 THE JOINT SUBCOMMITTEE BELOW IS MEETING ABOUT THE RECORDS HELD BY ALL CLERKS OF CIRCUIT COURTS IN VIRGINIA WHICH WILL BE PUT ON THE INTERNET BY ALL THE CLERKS BY JULY 1, 2006.  SOME CLERKS HAVE GONE ONLINE ALREADY… THE RECORDS ALTHOUGH THEY ARE “PUBLIC RECORDS” CONTAIN MUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION.
